Didn't get around to posting here last night so I'll make this quick.
Tomorrow is Session #4 of 8, the last of the first pair of 'easy' treatments from what I hae heard from other people. Who knows how I'll react to the next round?
Something very annoying happened at work yesterday. I was looking at some plants, trying to match up a sample that someone had dropped by and saw leaves that didn't match what was in the container, brushed my hand across it and... it was stinging nettle. OMG! I haven't been stung by nettle since I was a kid! Luckily it was just part of one finger and a little bit of my thumb. It felt like I had been stung by a bee! ((insert more expletives here)). And it's on my right hand, but it doesn't count as a poke or scratch, just annoying as all hell. That happened around 4 yesterday and it's still tender. I tried baking soda but it didn't help much. I know the science behind a nettle sting, so there isn't much to do about it at this point. Benadryl if I wanted to, or another baking soda treatment but..it's down to annoyance level now.
Oh, I put gloves on and pulled the offending weed out and threw it in the trash so a customer didn't get stung as well.
Okay, have to scoot now. May make another post later tonight or tomorrow morning. Just had to relate that here.Other than that, things are still holding steady...
