We have breathing space for now

I dropped off the remainder of the rent and after telling the girl that I was planning on getting out by the first, she gave me a game plan.
I can hold off moving until the seventh as long as I have everything cleaned out and the keys handed in by then. I need to talk to the community director (Office manager) and let her know the situation. I went in just now to see her and she was in a conference call and could I come back before 5? Dang. I said I had work from noon to 8 but would call ahead in an hour and make an appointment for later.
If I get an okay from her for this plan, we have breathing space for two weeks. I'm half packed now, and am looking on craigs list for the storage place that just opened recently and see what their prices are. Also need to check Uhaul and Budget to see how much a medium size trailer would cost. I told Amber and Devon that I want everything packed, organized and ready to load by the first. Amber is getting their stuff out on the 31st when they get their new place. Renting a trailer or pick up for them would be a wise idea to get it done in one or two days.
If I can get everything packed out of the house (except beds and chairs) and into the garage then I can actually try to clean the carpet and get things washed down.
I think this is going to work out. Devon doesn't start school until Aug 24 and he's all set with that other than buying his books. He's got some last minute paperwork to fill out for his BoG that would reimburse him for his fees we just paid.
Dan and Amber would be getting my computer but until they get cable hooked up, there will still be no internet connection other than the library after we're out.
So... in a nutshell, we're prepping for final move out first full week of August and I have a week off starting the seventh so that will be fun.
Now, off to craig's list and see about some phone numbers.
