I'm now walking Ava to school (granddaughter for those that don't remember). The place I'm living at now is a hop down the freeway from where they live. Amber started a new job but she has to be up the freeway and at work by 8, Dan has variable work starts due to painting jobs, and I don't start work until 10 (until further notice) or noon depending on the day. So, I get to sit and knit, get Ava up and get going in the morning. School is two blocks away so it's walking distance and I get to spend time with her again.
Other than that, slowly saving money.
I'm planning on going to Disneyland for my bday for free of course. Was planning on taking Ava with me, but for whatever reason, Amber feels she doesn't want to take her out of school for the day.
Say what? She's in kindergarten and it's on a Friday. What's she going to miss?
She wouldn't get in free though, and if I did take her, I would want to take the train... and with no internet except at work, it's difficult to make plans. I get paid the weekend before my bday (Oct 2) so plans may have to wait until then.
Okay, have to get to work.
