so..yeah

The year isn't starting out very good. My car has major work to be done and possibly may have to be shot in the head and left for dead. My purse got stolen from work last night. I still don't have a computer of my own, it's raining like a monsoon... what else can be happening.
On facebook I listed it this way:
The Chargers lost, there's flooding and wind, my car is dead and my purse got stolen. Is God leaning on the SMITE button?
And because of the rain, I'm getting less work at the nursery.
On the up side, I still have two jobs, and have a roof over my head and there's a prospect for a more comfortable place to live hopefully next month.
Sigh.
I'm shopping on Amazon right now to use the gift cert. I got for Christmas, beads and yarn mostly but that's what makes me happy. I could conceivably use the 30 toward a music player....
I just noticed the quote of the day on the yahoo page.

It thundered and lightninged last night (not likely a word there but hey) and I think it hailed a bit. It is CRAZY weather here for a change. And yes, I'd much rather have weather like this than snow and blizzard...thank you very much.
Okay, so that's the update for now. Hoping to do more on a regular basis. Yeah, I said that last time too.
