New computer will be here today...

I won't. I have to work so I'm relying on my roomie to alert me when it gets here. It arrived in San Diego around 7 this morning and is on the truck waiting for delivery. It could be here before I leave for work (which will have to be in the next forty minutes) or will arrive sometime in the afternoon. I am sooo looking forward to this! As I type there is a lag between seeing the letters on the screen and typing, very annoying. I bought this current machine in 2004, that's the copyright date on the info window (1983-2004). In computer years that's ancient!
So, other than that... I've been up since about 5:30. I went to bed not too sleepy around 11 and tossed and turned most of the night. Don't know what's up with that. I haven't had any caffeine in over 24 hours hardly any sugar, oh wait... Katie gave me a piece of dark chocolate with orange peel... it was the chocolate! Nah... chocolate doesn't have that much caffeine!
Oh! I have to clear off my desk, or rather my table. I need to figure out where to put the printer... I'll have more USB ports so I can have the printer, camera and keyboard plugged into the computer at the same time, the mouse will be plugged into the keyboard and I'll still have two spare ports! huzzah!
Oh! Something else new I bought, pants! Size 36 waist womens jeans from the $5.99 store on sale for a dollar off, they're just a tad snug, (read: will not put them in the dryer after washing) and the waist is shorter than I like, but I'll wear them and continue to work at losing more weight so they aren't so snug. This is also the first pair of pants in my current adult life that I have to take my phone and wallet out of my back pockets to sit down! The pockets ride a lot lower so I'm literally sitting on them. My wallet isn't that thick it's actually rather thin but it's there.
Okay have to get ready for work. Oh, if you are following this blog but haven't marked me as being followed, please do so I know who's paying attention. I know there's at least three or four of you out there, but only one is listed.
