Some help is on the way

We are still going to be short on getting the internet back but at least rent is paid.
I had to come on and relate this hilarious joke.
I went to the nursery to go pick up my friend and was talking to my manager who has been through cancer as well as his father. I was giving him my update on when I would be back and what was left of my treatment. I mentioned that I still had one major surgery to go and then I would be done, I just hoped it would not interfere with my plans to go to Disneyland for my birthday in October.  He started laughing and said,
"Well Patty,  now that you've had a mastectomy what do you plan to do?"
"I'm going to Disneyland!"

He apologised for it being a bad joke but I was cracking up so hard and told him it was perfect!
Because it's true!  I want to go to Disneyland for my or Ava's birthday as usual.
Other than that, just hanging in there as usual. Planning on going back to work and then not, and then back to work, and then not....

Doing this from Amber's computer still so having fun hanging out with her and the babies who are growing up so fast of course as they will do.

She's a fantastic mom, I'm very proud of how all my kids have turned out despite my lack of intentions..hehehe.
