In the sense that this will be the first time in two years that I've been off for a weekend and not had any commitments other than having fun.
I'm looking forward to hanging out with other adults and not talk about work related stuff. I'm hoping to get some business cards printed up to hand out to people that has my Etsy shop and blog address on it.
I have to go to Wal Mart and get new shoes, socks, underwear and a pair of pants and do laundry. Oh and maybe a new pillow.
Great thing about that store, all that can cost less than $50. But if I have to get two pairs of shoes it might be a bit over $50.
I set aside money for rent, so I'm not intruding on that budget, and I'm not going to be spending much on the weekend other than food and pitching in for the room I'm sharing.
I was listening on the radio and they were talking about Twitter and how you can follow people through their day and send them direct messages and see how many people are following them....
Uhhh.. sounds a lot like what I'm doing now. Other than the fact that it's an app that you have to download, it's not much different from blogging.
Oh, the allergy attack is all done. Monday though, I looked in the mirror without my glasses and it looked like I had something wrong with my left eye. There's also rough, flaky skin on either side of my nose from blowing it so much with the paper towels. Nothing a little lotion won't smooth out, but man that was horrid!
I don't have work until noon, but need to get the errands done, wake up Devon and then go pick up Amber at work, drop me off at my work and finish my day.
I really need a hair cut too. That may have to wait until next paycheck, but I wanted to get it done before my fun weekend. Maybe the pillow will have to wait until next check.
