Mundane topic I know, but not much else is happening. (edit: I don't believe I misspelled that and didn't see it!!!! Sooo sorry, I really am not losing it that bad!)
The last two weekends it's been beautifully sunny weather, we've been slammed at the nursery and now with business picking up, they have me back to 9-5 all five days. Yay. It rained last night. During the day it was kind of windy, spotty clouds and they were saying it was a 50% chance of rain. Typically, a lot of people scoffed, but around midnight I was going in my room and ... it was raining! (Not in my room, the bathroom window was open and I heard it...sillies)
So now it's patchy clouds again which is annoying in the apartment. The huge kitchen window faces a little north east so the light shifts. That's one thing I liked about this apartment, it didn't feel like we're living in a cave. Large windows with lots of light coming in saves on electricity.
Oh, Amber has work next week. Finally! She was about to file for unemployment and her boss called for her to come in. Another yay! Devon only has work on the weekends so he watches Ava and it all works out. Unless his work wants him to come in but usually they don't. At least we all have jobs still.
I'm still working on my jewelry, I did an 'inventory' count and I have over 80 pairs of earrings and around 50 sets of stitch markers. I wanted to go down to the yarn shop last Wednesday but ended up going on Thursday, none have sold, but that's okay. It's only been two weeks. Hoping to spread the word in the local area and get people to see them.
Good news for Amber (she thinks it's fantastic)
They opened a Sonic Burger in San Diego yesterday and are planning more in the next few years. She loves Sonic and brought some home for us, but... cold burgers..not so good. Nice of her to bring some back for us, but I'd rather have fresh.
Okay... I think that does it for now. Like I said, not much going on right now,but that's a good thing.
