We're sunk

I handed in the remainder of the rent for last month, but apparently it wasn't enough because they didn't credit me for the garage rental.
If I don't submit $1427 by tomorrow they send my files to their lawyers for legal processing. I'm going to have to go in tomorrow and find out if it's better to give them a 30 day notice and start that process. I still have to come up with the money I owe them, and at the end, we won't have a place to live.
I've been looking on Craigslist but most of those are way out of the area and likely a scam to boot. I can also hope to ask if we can move to a smaller place, but again... that's money I don't have. Given my track record, they will be reluctant to agree to that idea as well.
No matter what the outcome, it sill means money is needed that I don't have.
Amber was only able to give me $100 which made the balance of the money possible, but it's still not enough.
I can only throw myself on their mercy and see what happens.

I'm tired to boot, been working my ass off at work without much recognition there other than a 'Bravo' from someone.

If there is no other way to solve this other than giving notice, then I'm letting the kids know that they're on their own. I can survive on my own without having to worry about anyone else. Oh, and this also means that I won't have much in the way of internet contact either.

Just all kinds of cons and not enough pros in this situation.
