Avatar is great!

It was fantastic!  I plan on seeing it again with two other friends.
The extra scenes just added more depth to the story, which is what I missed in the original version.
The 3D was distracting in certain scenes, and having trifocals made some of the effect blurrier. Other than that, it was amazing!
And seeing the trailer for Tron:Legacy... speechless. I've seen it on my computer screen, but that big and ... ::panting:: That won't be out until December 17, so it's a little longer wait. Can't wait for the music either!
You know you're old when I was telling a coworker about Tron and she didn't connect what it was, I told her to go find it and rent it, then go watch the trailer for the new one. She was ... ohhkay... and then I told her that Daft Punk was doing the music to the movie and THEN she got all excited.  Okay, as long as it gets you to go see the movie, I'm all for it!
Okay...geeking done. But I do that sometimes. I have to, it's in my nature. Well, it's an acquired nature.
I didn't get home until around 11:30 so just checked my email last night and then went to bed. Hence the next day posting here.
I think I'll go do some writing as well. I'm in that kind of mood due to the movie. Feeling creative and Katie is watching Nightmare Before Christmas in the front room. Closing the door and putting earbuds on to listen to music while I write.
