Okay, here's the report

Going to just dive right in before I forget what was said.
There were two lumps only, one was just under 2cm (that being a second stage level) and the other was about .4cm which is under a Stage 1. There was cancer in two of the nodes out of all 27  (the majority being in the breast tissue) and so all were removed. He rattled off two other readings that were negative or positive and both times he said that was good.I told him about the numbness and he said it will recede, and likely the only thing left will be a numb patch in my armpit. That's okay... it's not an area I think about a lot anyway.

I will be getting a call from an oncologist within a week or so to make an appointment for three weeks down the road. Dr. said that as far as that treatment is concerned, they want to treat it with chemo on the off chance one cell got away, it's only about a 10% chance, but that's not as good as 0. So, treatment won't start until after I am healed from surgery and that could be weeks down the road. So we're looking at late December likely as a possible starting time for treatment.
And as far as that is concerned, he said lowest level is an anti-estrogen treatment but likely it will be something stronger.
So... I won't have any more news on that until after my first meeting with the oncologist.

My range of motion is getting better every day as I said, stamina is good, every once in a while I have to be careful and take a break from my craft table that has a stool to go sit at the computer with a real chair to support my back muscles. Since my arm still needs some support to move up and down I'm sitting at an odd angle.

So that's the scoop. We're moving on to the end of all this, looking at being in chemo treatment at the same time as going back to work. Hoping that it doesn't make me sick enough that I have to lose work. But like I said, I won't have any more information until the first meeting with the oncologist.

One side note..
I have AdSense activated on my blog and when I went to see how much I had earned it was a whopping $15.38 now in order to get paid they hold onto it until it reaches $100. And then when I started verifying my information, they wanted tax info! Like an actual tax ID number on a W-9! Why do they offer it on google for putting on blogs when most of the time it's just a private person?? It did mention an SS number, but still...
So don't worry about clicking on the ads... it may not do me any good anyhow.

Getting hungry now, only had a bowl of cereal for breakfast...should have my friend stop at Weinerschnitzel for a hot dog but in any case, here's the daily quote:

"In literature as in love, we are astonished at what is chosen by others."
  - Andre Maurois
