I am off by a day!

Here I thought Tuesday was the second and it's actually Wednesday! I've been telling everyone that tomorrow is the surgery day.
I don't know where I got the day mixed up! It's a good thing I found that out because otherwise I would have shown up at the outpatient pavilion and they would have looked at me kindly, double checked their records and said.... "You're scheduled for tomorrow ma'am."
Have to let my friends know too, the one that volunteered to drive me and the other that cancelled our regular Tuesday night outing to go out tonight. I've looked at a calendar, written down the dates for the past two days and it still didn't stick in my mind that Wednesday was the day.
I just want it over I suppose.
Well phooey.
This is a good thing I suppose, I get a full work week instead of being short a day which means the next paycheck will be reasonable. Need to contact the surgeon to see if he can fill out the disability paperwork, but on the other hand..its two weeks. Not two months. Kind of like vacation, only not as much fun.
Everything on my right side is going bad. Right breast, gall bladder, now my right heel and foot are getting 'bruised' walking around work. I think my right eye is getting something too! But then that may have been from playing my game too much on my ipod. That's something else I need to get taken care of, haven't seen the eye doctor in about four years. Maybe three.
Still have to go back to the dentist and get my teeth worked on, but that will likely have to wait for a few more months. Have to find a different dentist. Turns out the dentist I was referred to by a friend actually isn't covered completely by our insurance anymore. That's why I had to  pay so much.
Okay time to get a shower, some breakfast and then off to work for another two days.

And he should know with all that macabre Cthulu stuff he's written! But it also is very apprapos (I have no idea how to spell that) to what I just encountered.
