Got a call from my oncologist last week. The nurse had the tone of voice that says, 'something is wrong'. Turns out on my last infusion day someone in the room turned out to have TB. Greaat! When I think back to that day I seem to recall hearing someone with a horrid cough.
So they were calling all the patients and nurses that were in there that day for TB testing. I just had mine read and it's negative of course, had no symptoms so I wasn't worried. They want me to go back in 6 or 8 weeks and have another one done.
That would have just been the capper on all this!
So, other than that, holding steady, hanging on with fingernails.. and maybe fingers... thanks to some people who want me to do jewelry for them. Brings in a little extra money that will definitely help.
Getting ideas on other ornaments to decorate as well as jewelry ideas. So more projects are in the works soon. I have a large bronze colored one, the Mermaid ornament, just finished a red and gold one and am putting fringe on that and a cream colored one that I have to do something on the bottom part.
Staying busy at work, need new shoes and socks, having fun as usual and putting up with idiots and cranky people at the nursery.
Energy level and alertness just took a sudden dive. Going to go to bed now as my typing also is starting to suck.
