Well it's only been a few weeks

We made rent this month by the grace of having an extra paycheck in my bank. Next month we aren't so lucky. Katie still has no job, unemployment hasn't any news on her appeal. She's put in applications over the web all over the place and as everyone knows, no one is really hiring and since it's Spring Break... there is a glut of college kids with more open time if they were working already.
I'll barely make my bills this month, the extra paycheck from last month was supposed to go to getting my car fixed and up to 'code' but... it went to rent. It has a new battery but when I drove it after it was installed the panel lights flickered once in a while. I don't know if that means there's still an electrical problem or a loose wire or fuse somewhere. I disconnected the battery anyway and it is sitting in a parking lot up the block.
At least my Federal taxes got paid off! State taxes only wants about $35 after getting that sucked out of my paycheck early last month so that's two bills I don't have to worry about. Next years taxes... might not get as much but on the other hand I might be able to use that money for something like a new car or getting my license paid off.Yes, due to back fees and tickets DMV won't even send me an ID card until those are paid.
Looks like I'll have to sell the car to get a license to drive a car I don't have anymore. Should have listed it as non-operation when I had the chance.
Ya know...this whole vehicle thing has never been my strong point.
Just checked my bank account and the SDGE bill that I thought went through on Monday didn't go through until today... 100 trying to come out of my account that only had 10.  GRRRRRRRRR!
I sure as hell hope they don't shut us off because of that. I paid it on SUNDAY. Even if it was on a weekend it should have cleared before now when I had the money in the account. Well I guess my pay from the fabric store goes to that tomorrow instead of storage which will get paid late next week.

Well at least I have my health, 'if you haven't got your health, what have you got?'. Ummm,no power, no internet and no way of getting to work to pay for everything?

Not telling Katie...she'd panic.

Going to go be creative somehow and get some breakfast. Maybe some chocolate.  Seems that all I do on this blog is whine and mope, not so much on the 'revelations' anymore.
