Getting down to Zero Hour

We were tentatively slated for moving in today (Monday) but the manager called two days ago and said the flooring wasn't finished and it may not be done until Wednesday. I'm going to call it by Thursday unless they really busted ass today and it will be done by tomorrow.
Jon requested kindly to have the bathroom medicine cabinet replaced and when Wanda (new manager) looked at it, agreed. The AC unit really needs to be replaced but she's going to clean it and call it good. She doesn't like the newer ones 'they're too complicated', yeah well newer ones are more efficient and cleaner.
After taking preliminary measurements not all the necessary furniture may fit. Living room is roughly 10x13 with one of the short walls broken into the kitchen counter, doorway and a tiny wall heater so not much goes on that side.
The bedroom is 7 1/2 x 13. Our queen size bed frame and a dresser is all that is going to fit in there. No nightstands unless we do a shelf and lighting we've decided is going to be rope light around the ceiling perimeter.
It really is a one person apartment but we'll make do. It was likely built in the early 70's from what I saw of the linoleum on the kitchen floor and the heaters. All electric as well which means we have to be very efficient.
I've been making a list of things we will need that are either going to be buried too deep in storage or don't have:

Dish drainer and mat
1100+ watt microwave
Bath mat for outside and inside tub
Shower curtain and rod
Over the toilet cabinet storage thing
2 folding tv trays (which everyone seems to be out of except for Bed Bath and Beyond)
5x7 area rug for front room

Just putting it out there to make sure I got everything and in case anyone wants to help.
Current motel room we're in is a step down from what we've had for the last two weeks. Motel 6 is cheap and don't charge for pets but still. Two assholes straddled lines in the parking lot, when we did an initial inspection there was a 'wifebeater' shirt draped over the top of the bathroom door, the fan/light in the bathroom is falling off the ceiling. No 'closet' or anything to hang clothing and yet they called this a 'deluxe' room because it has a mini fridge and microwave. Oh and no blanket on the bed, just a sheet and single layer bedspread. It may be summer but I've realized I sleep better with a little more weight.
We only need it for three days so crossing fingers it's enough
That's the update, we hoped to get more help to move but I don't have as many connections as Katie did so it'll just be me, Jon and Amber.

Going to head off  and try to get some sleep.
