Pretty good day today

Work was busy, we had a full SRO (standing room only) class this morning which mean that the parking lot was full and for at least two or more hours we were busy like a usual Saturday. Yay!
The class was on citrus and it included a fruit tasting so yeah... it was packed. By three o'clock though, back to usual slow business unfortunately.
I have a 'cold weather' split on the tip of my let index finger making it uncomfortable to type. I don't have any band aids left but will be taking care of that tomorrow. I finally got ink for my printer so I can print labels and cards and stuff again.
I bought the wrong models for the printer, remembered the wrong sequence (bought 27,28 cartridges and needed 21,22).
This also means I can print up individual chapters of my story and edit it on hard copy. I can't edit properly on a screen unless I can get four pages at one tmie (in a readable size), which isn't feasible with this computer. That's okay, I prefer the old pen and paper editing for continuity anyway. Then I can go back to the screen and follow the pages that way.
There's one section that I want to change to another place in the story but need all the pages in between for continuity so I can read it as I go and make sure it flows right.
There was something I wanted to do research about for the story when I got internet back and now I can't remember what it was. I actually remembered about five minutes ago and then had to turn the tv down, then my finger hurt and then Ava interrupted and there ya go... idea went right out the window. Oh, I remember, what the relative word counts for different size books is.
Going to go do some counting now, (don't worry, have that as part of wp program) now that I've found out most publishers count pages not words but consider 250 words per page a good measure.

Expect me when you see me.
