I'm not driving enough!

That is the issue with my calf cramping! I have been driving two or three times a day for who knows how many years. Sitting at my desk not moving that leg as much... the muscles started being cranky.
I went driving to the bank yesterday and then went to knitting and as I was using my RIGHT leg to use the gas pedal, all the muscles that have been cramping where being used. So.. I have to go out and drive around at least once a day now! Surface streets mostly because that will get that leg used more. Walking does it a little if I take really long strides but it's a different set of muscles.
Who'd have thought?
I had not cramps this morning, muscles twinged a little but that's about it. Going out to the bank again today as well as going out with a friend this evening so my legs will get used.
Knew I was being at the computer too much!
Katie brought home a bag of pears from her work again. Yay! Pears again! She works at an afterschool program and someone brings in pears for the kids snacks, most of the time the kids don't eat them and... she brings them home for me. They need to sit on the counter and ripen a bit but other than that...yay!
Oh... annoying thing that has me a bit concerned. My ipod is not holding a charge. I charged it completely on my computer yesterday, took it with me to the bank and knitting, plugged it into the car adapter to listen to music. I always always turn it off before I shut the engine off and when I pulled it out last night to see the charge, it was almost depleted! And I always turn it off when I listen to music too so it doesn't drain the battery. So I'll see if it's somehow getting drained while plugged into the car more than usual. I don't think I've even had it for a year yet... this is kind of annoying.

The weather here is going crazy. Last week it was clear and sunny and in the high 70's and low 80's.. Summer was here!  Day before yesterday it sprinkled overnight, got cloudy and yesterday it was in the mid 50's and blustery with high fluffy clouds. Today, and for the next few days, clear and sunny!  I shouldn't really be complaining, usually we have our 'May Grey' going on and it slides right into 'June Gloom' I'll be happy if we have variable weather rather than perpetual cloud cover.

Rent is paid thankfully, now have to go take care of storage and maybe get some small amount of groceries. Second disability check comes next week and that'll be the rest of my bills and then the third check goes to rent next month. That is if the first payment was the day I was supposed to get it and continues that two week trend.

Other than that, treatment #2 this week. Hoping it goes better this time, if it follows the same pattern as my first treatments then it should. Especially if I ask the doctor to slow it down some or let me take something stronger than tylenol! I do not want to be that miserable again. I'll just take two vicodin and pass out for most of the day.
And I confirmed what I knew was inevitable, can't eat sausage anymore if I don't want intestinal issues. Heavy grease like that goes right through me. ::sad Patty::
I'll have to see if bacon does the same thing. hehehe. Not as much fat in bacon. I can live with that!
Okay need to get off here and go do some other stuff on the computer as well as getting breakfast. Fried egg on toast, juice and milk. yum!

But on the other hand.... history repeats itself because we have such a bad memory for really stupid mistakes.
