Short update but nothing new.

We will likely be short on rent next month, I will be contacting the manager tomorrow when I see her and hope to have better news in a few weeks.

On the upside, I have listed six paintings on Fine Art America and have room for up to twenty five listings on the free version. My mark up isn't much but it may be a trickle enough to generate some side cash. Hopefully more successful than my jewelry sales as this doesn't require any table space to produce my art.

The FAA page is now linked to my facebook page so when I upload a new image, it automatically will post there so no updates needed, also connected it to my pinterest page so hoping that word gets around. The prices for products on FAA are a bit higher than I would think but they start with a base price and you add what you want to get paid beside that so most of the mark ups are less than 8 or 9 dollars. But if fifteen people want something at $5 that's fine with me.

There was no button for posting to a blog you have to do that yourself but that's fine. I think so far the coverage is good. Crossing fingers and hoping my art is attractive to someone.

Peñasquitos Falls.

This one isn't listed yet but may be in the next few days. My favorites are up there right now.

Got to see Katie for lunch, she took pity on my woes and bought Jon and I Five Guys and also gifted me with two tins of Trader Joes sipping chocolate that I also pitifully gave kitten eyes. She is so sweet and is going through so much with chemo and car issues and such. Love her like a sister.

On the home hunting front, discovered I need income to be seriously considered for a home loan even for the low income housing stuff. Otherwise we could only afford maybe a $68k loan. That won't buy much at all that's worth living in.

So prepping and hoping EDD will do something before June.
