We're in trouble folks and new painting.

I had a hunch about a deadline looming, just mentioned to Jon this morning about going to storage once a week to repack and consolidate.

Due to not remembering but sort of remembering that I certified for EDD last week I double checked and there was one week left to certify. The balance left is only $186 paid tomorrow. I'm not eligible for certifying again until June of next year when my benefit year ends.
Jon only gets about $1045/month, rent is $950. We have two storage units as well as SDGE (which I thankfully paid down but not completely last week). Numerous other small bills that amount to about $150 that really aren't worth dropping and in some cases are needed. If I started SS retirement that would only be about the amount of rent. I checked and if I filed now it would be $955. I have to wait for another two years before I can get over $1000.
I will be alerting my apt manager about the situation which only means that they won't charge the overdue fee if I have a letter on file.
I will be notifying the proper authorities and assistance places but most of those you have to wait until you have verification of no income before applying. Believe me, I've checked and made sure.
Like getting housing assistance you can't have a car as that counts as a place to sleep.

Even more critical that some of my paintings get put up for sale at an amount that is sustainable for us. So I will be posting paintings here and price to sell them as digital download, canvas wrap or poster from an online print on demand place.
I deleted my jewelry facebook page and was going to replace it with my paintings for sale. The latest one I am finishing up is my new favorite and a wonderful panorama of the San Diego River. It is a huge image so having to shrink it down to fit the blog doesn't do it justice.

'Sensitive Habitat'

The title is referring to a sign on the trail and I noticed it after I said I wanted to go down there. Still needs a little tweaking here and there, I finished the last major areas around 1:30 am today. I couldn't sleep for some reason. Gee, brain knew something was up.

Anywho... that's what's going on with us right now. No news is good news but when news happens it's big.
