Month of tribulations it seems

 But for us, it's every month. I forgot about the Disney+ account and it was declined because I only have $1.48 in the bank. AAA is canceled, medical coverage is still there but not paid. I won't get paid until four days after my storage rent is due next month. There are a good many things that we cannot do or have because of this situation.

At least my car is reasonably clean for free.

On a lark I was looking at apartments for rent up in the Northwest for no more than $1000 and there are several, all low income so you have to get on a list and it's up to a year for a wait list.

We aren't ready to move anyway but the more information we have the better. Didn't even play the lottery this month because we needed the last $10 to get food and litter for Rocky.

We just need to get ahead for a few months, that's all. 

 

Oh and something laughable, Credit Karma sends me an email saying 'great job on having a low balance on your card!' Um, 'scuse me? I have a $290 balance because I haven't made a payment in two months.

So once again, if anyone is feeling charitable with some extra cash, we could certainly use it.

 

If we could only get ahead, not have to worry about being behind for a while. We still owe $60 from June late fee but they aren't charging us since thankfully or we would be in a world of hurt. They know we're trying to keep up and have no way of having rent on the first.

 

Oh and the laundry room got new washers yay! They were 17 years old apparently according to the assistant manager and had been just fixing them up as things broke. The shop they got parts from finally closed so that sort of forced their hand to get new ones. They are brand spanking new digital reading, water level adjustable fantastic and a larger capacity. Only problem is (according to the maintenance man) they couldn't program them for less than $1.50, it was $1.00 before. 

 

I am going to have a talk with Jon about seeing what we can sell out of storage. Most of what we have is all very low value or not worth the hassle of listing it for sale anywhere. We will try and see what we can do though. Can't drive too much because with no money to fill the tank, we would be grounded until I get paid on the 14th next month.

 

I am thankful for friends and family that help, I can only (pray) that something will happen soon and we won't be in this situation any longer.
